Director of Engineering

As Director of Engineering for Henry Schein Orthodontics, Mark is responsible for the development of new product innovations and production engineering for all legacy appliances at the company. He has over 20 years of experience in the orthodontic profession, with 18 years at Ormco. He moved his way through the ranks to become the Director of Product and Process Development. He was at the forefront in the development of patient-specific appliances with numerous patents to his credit. Over the course of his career, Mark has executed a wide variety of engineering functions focused primarily around the research, development, implementation, and maintenance of patented and other proprietary technologies. He is an accomplished technical leader with claim to many successful inventions in both the medical device and consumer markets. He earned a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, California.
